operator or user intervention. Items are monitored
continuously and when triggered, ArchiveOne creates an
archive copy and ensures it is committed to the archive
safely.

Secure archives can be stored onto existing storage or onto
dedicated devices, such as WORM drives, to meet specific
regulations. They can also be managed through third party
storage applications.
Search and retrieval
ArchiveOne indexes all items during the capture process.
This increases search speeds and efficiency for finding
data. Data can be searched for and retrieved by users,
administrators or compliance officers according to
permissions, either from within the product or through one
of the latest search solutions such as Google Enterprise
Server or Microsoft Search Server 2008.

Sarbanes-Oxley, ISO, HIPAA, BSI, Basel II and others and
will aid with adherence to FRCP and Freedom of Information

ArchiveOne reduces the storage demands on primary storage,
by offloading data to a secondary storage device. This
reduces the backup/restore times on the main file servers.

systems using NTFS formatted file systems.
