ZL’s End-User Journal Search is unique in the industry. Whereas other email archiving systems can only provide end-user archive searching for email that has been ingested from the standard mailbox archiving process, ZL end-users are able to search their own mailbox from mail that has been ingested from standard journaling. This is useful for firms that already have journaling activated and do not wish to turn on mailbox capture as well. Benefits include:

• Decrease helpdesk costs and increase productivity through end-user restore. A user's journal provides access to all a user's mail, even mail they have deleted from their mailbox. A user can restore their mail to their mailbox by simply clicking a link.
